Subject to your specific consent, your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
a. to contact you – by automated and non-automated means, such as newsletters, e-mails, telephone, text messages, instant messages, posts, communications and social network posts, etc. – for promotional, advertising or commercial communications and for direct offers of Trueblue products and services, as well as activities related to them (such as events, initiatives, demos, etc.).
Should you have consented to the analysis of your personal interests and preferences (see point c below), communications may be tailored to your interests and preferences.
b. to analyse your data, identifying your profile and your categories of interest, in order to improve Trueblue's commercial offer according to your needs, as well as to customize your promotional, advertising or commercial communications.
The processing of data for purposes b and c is optional and requires your consent (art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Regulation).
Your consent can be freely revoked either through digital platforms where provided (e.g. "unsubscribe" functions and links) or by writing to the following email address: privacy@truebluecorp.com.
Your data will be processed electronically to contact you and send you our promotional communications. The data will be processed in compliance with current legislation and, in any case, in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality and prevent unauthorized disclosure or use, alteration or destruction.
Your data will be processed for the entire duration of your registration to the promotional communications of Trueblue’s website www.truebluecorp.com or - in any case - until the revocation of your consent; subsequently the data will be destroyed or anonymized.
Your data will not be disseminated. To enable you to receive our promotional communications, your data may be disclosed to personnel of the Sales, Marketing and Administrative Divisions, the IT Department and any professionals authorized to manage the Website that meet the requirements of the Regulations, as well as companies that provide services instrumental to marketing activities (e.g. suppliers of platforms for sending commercial communications) and analysis (e.g. suppliers of dedicated software). Where necessary, the Company has appointed the recipients of your personal data as Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 of the Regulations. In order to allow a correct and efficient management of the website, as well as to perform our analyses and marketing activities, your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area, including the U.S.A., where some of our providers of services/software needed for those activities are located.
