Business development manager

As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for improving the company's market positioning by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers in order to expand the organisation's network.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • This role's main responsibilities are to improve the company's market positioning by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients with the aim of expanding the organisation's network.

K - activities

  • Actively searching for new prospective Clients, through the development of an accurate market analysis, aimed at achieving recognition with regard to the main corporate stakeholders
  • Generate new business opportunities by attracting the potential interest of the customer with a high level of mastery of the company's products and services
  • Develop and grow the assigned customer portfolio
  • Actively collaborating with all the company departments involved in the definition of projects and proposals on assigned Customers
  • Actively managing the commercial acquisition of new customers/services
  • Actively manage the acquired Customer ensuring their full satisfaction in collaboration and synergy with the involved company functions
  • Development of long-term relationships with customers

Personal and professional requirements

  • Consolidated experience of at least 5 years in the job;
  • Consolidated experience in the management of complex sales;
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market;
  • Knowledge of CRM, DWH, BI and Artificial Intelligence solutions;
  • Proven consulting sales capabilities;
  • Excellent communication and relational skills;
  • Orientation to work by objectives;
  • Flexibility and proactivity;
  • Availability to travel in Italy and abroad;
  • Good knowledge of the French language.
